Interim Subject Matter Expert, Quality Nurse Consultant Needed in South San Francisco, California!

The Position

• An Interim Subject Matter Expert, Quality Nurse Consultant is needed to support quality and performance improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
• The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Key responsibilities include leading quality improvement initiatives, supporting performance metrics tracking, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and partnering with clinical teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality and performance improvement within a healthcare environment, with the ability to influence change and support clinical teams. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Prior nursing experience with a focus on quality, performance improvement, or regulatory compliance required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
