The Position
- An Interim Regional Ambulatory and Physician Services Market Director is needed to provide operational leadership for ambulatory clinics and physician practices across a designated market.
- Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Operations, this leader will oversee two direct reports and provide leadership for approximately fifteen physician practices.
- Key responsibilities include providing operational leadership to maintain market stability, supporting the recruitment of a permanent Market Director, and collaborating with health system and hospital leadership on ongoing and future initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have significant medical group leadership experience with a proven ability to lead ambulatory operations, drive operational improvements, and work collaboratively with executive and physician leaders. This individual should be willing to take a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges rather than leading solely from an office setting.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Several years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory or physician practice operations, with demonstrated success leading multi-site medical group operations and management teams, required.

- Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
