A Missouri hospital is seeking their next Interim Recruitment and Engagement Partner!
The Position
- The Interim Recruitment and Engagement Partner will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day recruitment operations throughout the facility.
- Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Interim Recruitment and Engagement Partner will focus on ongoing initiatives including 15 requisitions, and full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Key responsibilities include job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- This leader will collaborate closely with hiring managers from all departments to develop and maintain talent, while simultaneously providing an exceptional candidate experience that accurately reflects the organization’s mission and values.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Compensation Range: $110,000 to $120,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
