An Alabama medical center is seeking their next Interim Marketing/Business Development Executive!

The Position

• The Interim Marketing/Business Development Biomedical Engineering Leader will be responsible for leading a rapid turnaround and modernization of marketing throughout the organization.
• This leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including stabilizing market shares in priority service lines and building physician outreach and referral pipelines.
• Key responsibilities include establishing a disciplined and data-driven approach to consumer insights and market analytics.
• Seeking an experienced marketing leader who will seize opportunities to optimize market growth while building a high-performing growth engine across marketing and business development.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree is required.
• Digital Marketing, Analytics, or CRM certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relative experience within a healthcare setting is required.
  
  
  

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
