A West Virginia hospital is seeking their next Interim Market Director, Medial Group Services!

The Position

• The Interim Market Director, Medical Group Services, will be responsible for the management of approximately 9 practices throughout the market.
• This leader will oversee approximately 77 FTEs and will focus on ongoing initiatives including structure, stability, change management, and practice operations.
• Key responsibilities include on-site physician recruitment, interviewing for open physician positions, and assessing current market structure while making recommendations.
• Seeking an experienced leader who will seize opportunities to optimize market growth while building a high-performing growth across the market.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
