The Position
- The Hospice Sales Liaison will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote and drive growth in innovative hospice services.
- This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
- This position will build lasting community relationships to increase awareness and utilization of hospice services while educating patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of end-of-life care. The Hospice Sales Liaison will serve as an advocate for Superior Hospice and its mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice services.
- This individual will be expected to generate approximately 10 admissions per month while supporting continued growth and market presence.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and end-of-life care, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. This individual should be competitive in nature, possess a proven track record of achieving sales goals, and have a strong understanding of key performance metrics. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills will be critical to success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven sales experience within hospice or healthcare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 Unlimited Earning Potential in Commission annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
