Responsibilities:
- Present and close treatment plans with confidence and accuracy
- Follow up with patients to maximize case acceptance
- Use clinical knowledge to guide patient conversations
- Support with X-rays and treatment coordination
- Increase new patients per location
Qualifications:
- Clinical dental experience REQUIRED (DA, hygienist, or treatment coordinator background)
- Strong communication and proven closing ability
- X-ray certification REQUIRED
- High performer who thrives on achieving goals
Compensation:
- $60,000–$90,000 with commission
