As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients to our office, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your role will involve working closely with the patient to deliver high-quality care.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients to our office, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your role will involve working closely with the patient to deliver high-quality care.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in the dental office
- Acquire X-rays
- Chart Existing
- Discuss treatment
- Coordinate treatment plans and discuss finances with patients
- Schedule treatments and appointments efficiently
- Collaborate with front office and clinical staff for seamless patient care
- Utilize Open Dental Software
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations in the dental/medical office environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental is preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in dental scheduling and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service
- Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is required
