JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
- Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
- Meets daily production expectations as per production board and documents barriers when applicable.
- Follows all procedures & work instructions
- Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations (5S)
- Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
- Handle materials required for each individual work order
- Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.
- Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management
- Ability to work overtime as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a solid communicator
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Must be able to work in the US
- Detail oriented
- Communicates effectively
- Works well within a Team environment
