Role Overview

Amiseq is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager/Director/AVP to drive new business acquisition across strategic industries. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a proven ability to penetrate new markets and build C-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth across geographies.

• Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client business objectives.

• Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service towers.

• Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.

• Monitor account health, performance, and profitability.

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the software industry; experience of running at least $5M revenue quota.

Experience in Bio Tech/Bio Sciences & High-Tech giants in bay area

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience with dual shore delivery models.

Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

High emotional maturity, executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style.
