This role will play a critical part in supporting employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth within a luxury fashion environment.

Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for corporate and/or retail roles
- Support payroll coordination and benefits/leave of absence administration
- Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution and investigations as needed
- Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
