Duties

• Engage with users via telemarketing techniques to promote account signup opportunities while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Address user inquiries related to account features, benefits, and registration procedures with detailed explanations.
• Maintain accurate records of registration activities and user interactions to support ongoing analysis and improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the signup process, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including privacy policies and data security standards such as HIPAA when applicable.

Qualifications
