The role involves coordinating team efforts, strategizing the development of construction, commissioning, and start-up procedures, and supervising the procurement processes for equipment and labor through effective bid management.
This position calls for someone who can informally guide and mentor upcoming engineers, delivering practical training through active project involvement. An integral part of the role is managing substantial budgets and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
