We are looking for a full-time Machine Operator who is self-motivated, energetic and a team player. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a second shift position, and the approximate hours are 12:00pm – 10:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, and move products
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and/or fiber laser equipment
- Understand and maintain machines to ensure proper operation
- Conduct quality checks periodically
- Use precision measurement tools to check tolerances
- Adjust machines as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying production needs
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Support multiple manufacturing areas as needed to meet production demands
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Preferred Skills
- Fiber laser experience preferred
- CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with machine setup, programming, general maintenance, and operation
- Experience with press brakes and/or robotic welding is a plus, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work across multiple manufacturing areas as production needs required
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to pass pre-employment background screen
