Superintendent – Mission Critical Data Centers, Owner’s Side Location: Remote / Colorado-based (75% Travel to Colorado if remote) - Compensation: Up to $350,000 Total Package
We are partnering with a leading owner organisation delivering large-scale hyperscale data center infrastructure across the U.S. This is a key opportunity for an experienced construction professional to step into a high-impact role supporting the delivery of complex, mission-critical facilities at scale.
The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee execution on advanced data center construction projects. This is an owner-side position, giving you direct responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
You will be working at there colorado site initially so you will either be based in colorado or happy to travel up to 75% of the time. You will be working closely with general contractors, trade partners, and internal development and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site execution of hyperscale data center construction projects
- Oversee and coordinate general contractors and subcontractor performance
- Manage complex MEP systems delivery and integration (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Drive schedule adherence across fast-paced mission critical builds
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, commissioning, and quality requirements
- Act as the owner’s on-site representative across all construction phases
- Identify and resolve field issues to maintain critical project timelines
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and commissioning stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role
- Strong background with a General Contractor, ideally transitioning into an owner-side role
- Proven expertise in MEP-heavy construction environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering mission critical or data center projects
- Strong leadership capability managing complex site operations and stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, schedule-driven construction environments

Salary : $180,000 - $300,000
