Title: Human Resources Representative 2Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94043Duration: 02 MonthsPay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/- on W2  Kindly share your most updated resume.  Roles & Responsibilities:This project-based role is responsible for supporting a targeted initiative to achieve full compliance with the organization's I-9 employment verification requirements.This role will assess existing records, audit documentation, resolve discrepancies, and enhance reverification workflows for employees with expiring or expired work authorizations.  Review existing I-9 records to identify employees with expiring or expired work authorizations requiring reverification.Coordinate and conduct I-9 reverification processes, working closely with employees and HR staff to gather updated documentation in a timely manner.Audit reverification documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal regulations.Maintain secure and organized records of all reverification activities.Communicate clearly with employees and managers regarding reverification timelines, requirements, and next steps.Collaborate with the HR Compliance and Legal team to resolve any issues or discrepancies during the reverification process.Recommend improvements to reverification workflows, templates, and tracking tools for future compliance.Stay current with legal and regulatory changes affecting I-9 and employment authorization documentation.Provide updates and training materials to HR staff regarding reverification best practices as appropriate.Compile a post-project summary with lessons learned and recommendations for ongoing reverification management.  Required Education and TrainingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Skills and Experience2-4 years' experience in Human Resources.Strong understanding of Form I-9 requirements, E-Verify, and work authorization reverification processes.Experience supporting or conducting I-9 audits or reverification projects.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage confidential information and work efficiently to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills for coordinating and explaining reverification procedures.Preferred Skills and Experience:Experience supporting or conducting I-9 audits or reverification projects.Self-motivated, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.Experience with Workday is desirable.  #CareerBuilder #Monster #Dice #Indeed #LinkedIn
