AMiche Talent Connect is a minority and women-owned boutique recruitment firm committed to empowering businesses through strategic talent acquisition. We are partnering with a premier, global organization operating across industrial manufacturing and energy services to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key part in the continued growth and transformation of their HR organization, partnering closely with leadership to positively impact business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, benefits, leave administration, and training.
- Manage the recruitment process to meet talent needs while ensuring compliance and overseeing vendor/staffing partnerships.
- Lead new hire orientation and educate employees on company policies, procedures, and resources.
- Advise leaders and associates on HR best practices, company policies, and state/federal employment regulations.
- Partner with leadership to address employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution strategies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior HR leadership when needed to ensure consistency and mitigate risk.
- Contribute to HR initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of leave administration.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- HRIS experience, preferably ADP and/or UKG.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs).
