Our recruiting firm is partnering with a fast-growing, creative marketing agency to hire a polished, highly organized Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone who loves client relationships, enjoys managing multiple workstreams, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Lead check-ins, prepare meeting materials, and document next steps
- Manage projects from kickoff to completion
- Support digital campaigns, social media schedules, and content planning
- Maintain posting calendars, deliverables, and reporting updates
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams
- Assist with occasional in-person events in Greater Houston and Dallas
- Track performance and prepare clear, actionable insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5 years in account management, project coordination, digital marketing, or event support
- Strong communicator with polished client-facing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through
- Experience with content calendars, social tools, and digital platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
- Bonus experience: Adobe Suite, Zapier, analytics, real estate, construction, healthcare, B2B/B2C
