Overview:
A leading outpatient mental health practice in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join its thriving, mission-driven team. This is a full-scope, outpatient position with no call, access to interventional psychiatry, and a strong clinical support system.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• See adult, geriatric, or child/adolescent populations (based on your specialty)

• Supervise fully licensed APPs (PAs and NPs)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and clinical leadership

• Contribute to whole-person care plans, with easy referrals and over 50 local partnerships (IOPs, rehab programs, etc.)

• Work on-site at a primary clinic location (hybrid model available after onboarding)

Practice Highlights:

• 10 locations across Orange County (Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, and more)

• Access to TMS, nasal Ketamine , and active clinical research department

• Recently upgraded to EMR for improved reporting and usability

• No on-call responsibility

What You'll Need:

• Board Certification in Psychiatry

• Active California Medical License (or eligibility)

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry

• Comfort with collaboration and team-based care

• Interest in interventional psychiatry or research is a plus
