Step into a leadership role where skilled nurses, compliance experts, and coordinators come together to deliver fast, precise, patient-first authorizations. If you thrive on teamwork, compliance, and continuous improvement, we want to meet you.

- Conduct audits, identify trends, and implement quality improvements that enhance team performance and accuracy.
- Partner with physicians, medical directors, and internal departments to resolve cases and ensure timely, appropriate care decisions.

- Track data, compile audit findings, and drive process optimization with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and patient-centered care.
Who you Are (a.k.a Our Dream Match):
- Active California RN or LVN license in good standing
- 1 year of clinical experience (managed care, utilization management, or prior authorization preferred)
- Supervisory or lead experience required; you're a natural at guiding, supporting, and motivating others.

- Proficient in Excel and MS Office (data reporting, pivot tables, and workflow tracking)
- A problem-solver at heart; calm under pressure, proactive, and adaptable
Why You'll Love It Here:
- Lead with impact: drive meaningful change for patients, teams, and clinical systems.
- Thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment where your voice and ideas are valued.
- Take ownership: optimize workflows, improve outcomes, and make your mark on healthcare delivery.
- Enjoy competitive perks including employer-paid medical, dental, and pharmacy, 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition support, and more.
- Be part of a supportive, business-casual culture that celebrates progress, encourages balance, and offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.

- Have hands-on experience with denials, grievances, or appeals
- Bring energy, empathy, and out-of-the-box thinking to your leadership style
- Know how to inspire teams and get things done, while keeping it fun.
If you're ready to lead with confidence and compassion while driving real change in clinical operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Because better decisions lead to better care.
