Full-Time | $86,000 – $96,000/year

Our mission-driven nonprofit organization is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead the team in rewriting the story of child and family well-being! What You’ll Do
Lead and empower clinicians providing community-based mental health services.
Ensure high-quality clinical care and compliance with all standards.
Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to your team.
Collaborate with internal departments, schools, and community partners.
Model trauma-informed practices and guide staff through challenging cases.
Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
Help shape program culture — inclusive, supportive, and growth-minded.
What You Bring
Education: Master’s in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
License: Active California LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Experience:
At least two years post-licensure (eligible to supervise under BBS).
Experience with LA County mental health systems preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
