Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRA to join our team under the supervision of the PRS Program Director. The role involves implementing psychiatric rehabilitation services using an approved rehabilitation model. Responsibilities include structured activities such as role play, modeling, teaching skills, helping participants set and achieve personal goals, and documenting program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement structured activities to support living, learning, working, and socializing roles
- Assist participants in identifying goals through strength and needs assessments
- Teach skills to help individuals achieve personal goals
- Help individuals identify barriers and develop action plans
- Maintain data for measuring program outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in human services
- Valid Driver’s License and fully insurable
- Clear drug screening
- Undergo PA State, Child Welfare, and FBI Clearances
- Personal experience with recovery related to mental health and/or addiction, with the ability to draw from that experience in a professional setting

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide nonjudgmental support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set boundaries, and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate effective listening, ability to break down problems into smaller components, build on successes, and minimize failures
- Ability to overcome cultural differences and enjoys diversity
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
