What You’ll Do

You’ll play a critical role in delivering advanced interventional radiology services, including:

• Image-guided biopsies, drainages, and catheter placements
• Vascular interventions (angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis)
• Embolization procedures
• Dialysis access management
• Paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biliary procedures

Beyond procedures, you will:

• Provide full-spectrum patient care (pre-, intra-, and post-procedure)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Communicate clearly with patients and providers
• Ensure timely documentation within the VA EHR system
• Participate in on-call coverage and urgent response care
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

What You Bring

• Board Certification in Interventional Radiology (ABR)
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Current DEA registration & NPI
• Active BLS & ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Proven technical expertise in interventional procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
• Frequent movement (bending, reaching, pushing, pulling)
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality care
