Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Care Associate
- Respond to structured client inquiries in person regarding Arcadia’s energy services, including rate plans, billing details, and account features.
- Support service modifications such as upgrades, renewals, and plan adjustments, ensuring changes are processed accurately and aligned with Arcadia’s offerings.
- Document all client interactions, service actions, and feedback in CRM platforms to maintain transparency and support campaign reporting.
- Escalate complex service issues to senior support or technical teams, ensuring timely resolution and continuity across Arcadia’s client experience.
- Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and technical teams to align on client expectations, service delivery, and campaign standards.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and product briefings to stay current on Arcadia’s energy plans, service updates, and client support protocols.
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Care Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Up to 2 years of experience in structured account coordination, service delivery, or campaign-aligned client engagement
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical and rate-based details effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client requests and follow-ups with precision.
