SCHOOL COUNSELOR

LOCATION: Amherst Central High School

SALARY: $48,174. - $59,774. (new rates under negotiation)

START DATE: September 1, 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be NYS certified as a School Counselor
• Please see the Attached School Counselor Job Description for more information
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Must be Fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education prior to start of employment Fingerprint Procedures - attached
