Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
MUST be available Mon-Thursday 8am-4pm (occasional openings at 6:30AM); flexibility will be allowed but must be available at least 3 of these days during our regular hours.

Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management functions
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure office supplies are stocked
- Provide support with medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment coordination
- Offer general administrative support to staff as needed, including typing, document preparation, and customer support
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist; healthcare-related experience such as medical or dental receptionist is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is required
