We are looking for a motivated Finishing Technician to join our Finishing Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has a keen eye for detail. Experience with powder coating and/or screen printing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare parts for finishing by cleaning, masking, and staging materials.
• Apply powder coating to metal components while maintaining high quality standards.
• Set up and operate screen printing equipment to apply graphics, labels, and markings.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Package and handle finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain finishing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; No dual citizenship allowed.
• Previous powder coating, painting, screen printing, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read work instructions, blue prints and follow specifications.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player.
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train within the department.
