Account Manager - Entry Level

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our AMG - Inc. team in Lexington, KY. In this Entry Level Account Manager position, you will represent AT&T by speaking directly with potential customers in person and helping them learn about available services and solutions.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager

• Meet with potential customers in person to introduce and explain AT&T services
• Provide professional face-to-face customer service while answering questions about AT&T products
• Present service options and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and professionalism
• Assist customers with service enrollments and provide accurate information about AT&T offerings
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Represent AT&T in a positive and professional manner in every interaction
