Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Supplement Factory Production Line Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the production line. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes within a cleanroom environment. This role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations to deliver safe, high-quality dietary supplements.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead team members in packaging, assembly, materials handling, and sanitation procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout manufacturing to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate and oversee equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and machining tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, materials usage, and quality inspections.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment operates at optimal levels.
- Enforce strict sanitation practices within cleanroom environments to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with a focus on dietary supplement or pharmaceutical production.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cGMP standards, FDA regulations, and sanitation protocols within a cleanroom setting.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, machining tools, and packaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of materials handling, assembly processes, and quality control procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and process calculations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate team members and manage workflow efficiently.
