Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Supplement Factory Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production line within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and leadership skills to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of dietary supplements. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will coordinate team activities, maintain safety standards, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line staff to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production operations for adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Oversee the proper use of assembly lines, power tools, and hand tools during manufacturing tasks.
- Ensure warehouse inventory is accurately maintained and materials are available for uninterrupted production.
- Implement safety procedures related to forklift operation and factory environment to prevent accidents.
- Train new team members on assembly line procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with a focus on dietary supplement production or similar industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and use hand tools effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts and power tools within a factory setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and assembly line processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with factory safety protocols, including forklift operation and equipment maintenance.
