Position Summary
The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within thewarehouse through daily cycle counts, monitoring stock accuracy, and identifyingdiscrepancies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency by reportingissues and recommending corrective actions.

What You'll Do
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records (WMS)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure products are properly placed, labeled, and organized
- Document counts and adjustments accurately
- Report findings and support inventory audits as needed
- Follow all safety and warehouse standardsWhat
We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
