What You’ll Do:
- Learn and master vehicle product knowledge, features, and benefits
- Compare models to help customers find the perfect vehicle
- Build rapport with customers and follow our proven sales process
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicles with enthusiasm, including test drives and feature explanations
- Close deals by addressing concerns and guiding customers through the sales process
- Deliver vehicles with professionalism and care
- Provide follow-up and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in continuous product and sales training
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Basic computer skills
- A positive, customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in your ability to sell and close deals
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a "can-do" attitude

- Standard schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM
- Benefits available after applicable waiting period
- On-site only (No remote work)
