Leads and manages all aspects of the crushing operation, ensuring safety, production targets, equipment performance, and crew leadership.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage, coach, and direct crushing crew members
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources
- Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize production efficiency
- Conduct daily reporting and communicate progress to management
- 5 years’ experience in aggregate crushing operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of crushing equipment and heavy civil operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections
- Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting

- 3 years’ crushing or heavy equipment experience
- Ability to lead a crew and prioritize tasks
- Strong commitment to safety
