Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7:30am-6pm

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Has a background in sales or customer service and enjoys connecting with people
• Understands how to guide customers through decisions without pressure

Automotive experience is a plus-but not required.
We can teach the technical side. We can’t teach attitude, care, and integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the main point of contact for our customers—from first call to vehicle pickup
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers in a clear, honest way
• Guide customers through recommended repairs using a customer-first sales process
• Prioritize work based on safety, reliability, and long-term value
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Build long-term relationships, not one-time transactions
