Service Advisor
Ames Automotive – Endicott, NY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7:30am-6pm

Automotive experience is a plus-but not required.
We can teach the technical side. We can’t teach attitude, care, and integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the main point of contact for our customers—from first call to vehicle pickup
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers in a clear, honest way
- Guide customers through recommended repairs using a customer-first sales process
- Prioritize work based on safety, reliability, and long-term value
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Build long-term relationships, not one-time transactions
