The Foundation Assistant will provide assistance to the Foundation Director in a variety of ways including but not limited to:

The Foundation Assistant will provide assistance to the Foundation Director in a variety of ways including but not limited to:
- Daily administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking and typing meeting minutes, and assisting with the support of the Volunteer program.
- Point person for approved fundraising activities as assigned per event.
- Manage Foundation Board of Directors governance by updating policies in Compliance 360, managing scheduling of board meetings, and tracking and completing Charities Review approvals.
- Assist with monthly Financial Recaps and reports.
- Assist with One Campaign (annual employee giving campaign)
- Managing internal and external grant applications and reports.
- 32 hours per week
- Monday – Friday daytime hours
- Associate’s degree or in related field such as Accounting, Administrative Assistant, Philanthropy or Non-Profit Management, or 5 years of relevant experience and high school diploma in lieu of advanced degree.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely, organized confident manner.
- Proven experience in event planning
- Fundraising experience
- Previous experience with donor database administration; Blacbaud experience is a plus
