Your day-to-day may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and essential life skills
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and organization
- Accompanying individuals to community activities, appointments, and outings
- Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence
- Ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Recording services accurately using required electronic systems
- Staying in communication with families and the care team
- Flexible scheduling that works around your life (full-time, part-time, per diem)
- Assignments close to home across New Jersey

We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who are ready to make a difference.
To qualify, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to complete all required hiring clearances and screenings
- Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification
- Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases
- Bring a positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support
