Lafayette Animal Hospital is actively looking for an Experienced Veterinary Technician who enjoys being on the seacoast of New Hampshire. We are a fun, fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high standard of care for our patients. We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and service-oriented Veterinary Technician who is confident in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, has experience with x-ray and proper positioning, understands the importance of client education, and is a supportive and positive team player. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Sign on bonus included for candidates experienced with surgery and anesthesia! Lafayette Animal Hospital is a fast-paced hybrid clinic that offers general practice services along with urgent care and emergency care for our patients. We are open from 8-6 Monday through Friday and 8-2 Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

- 2 years in the veterinary industry (preferred)
- Experience with surgical and anesthetic cases (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
