As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking to add a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with cats and their people, and is interested in expanding their skills within the veterinary field.
We value team members with positive attitudes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates may have prior veterinary CSR experience, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to grow into a true customer service extraordinaire.
Schedule

Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients and patients warmly, creating a welcoming and low-stress environment
- Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and text communications
- Perform client check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding services, recommendations, and follow-up care
- Discuss financial options and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical history requests
- Support the veterinary team with patient flow and basic supportive treatments as trained
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with inventory, office supplies, and vendor communications
- Participate in marketing efforts and client engagement initiatives
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, but not required
