What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review documents for residential, national, or commercial transactions
- Analyze escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and title commitments
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files
- Assist with payoffs, balancing, wire transfers, and recordings
- Support training of entry-level staff
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in escrow or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members
