Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of national commercial renovation projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Please note: We are not seeking IT or SaaS Project Coordinators. This is a commercial construction position.

What You'll Do
- Support multiple Project Managers with commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, permits, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Communicate daily with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Participate in customer calls and provide project updates.
- Manage project information across multiple software platforms.
- Assist with billing, scheduling, purchase order acceptance, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Identify potential schedule delays and assist with resolving issues.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar construction management software is a plus.
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with project documentation and customer communication.
- Experience supporting national retail renovation projects is a plus.
- Must reside in Texas (East Texas preferred).
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
