What You'll Do
- Assist with managing multiple commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and project timelines.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support purchasing, estimating, and project documentation.
- Track project budgets, schedules, and progress.
- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Help resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with subcontractors.
- Maintain project records and update company software systems.
- Commercial construction experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Scheduling and project coordination experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of subcontractor management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and commercial construction systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting national retail renovation programs.
- Experience with commercial renovations, tenant improvements, or multi-site rollouts.
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software.
- Understanding of commercial construction processes from planning through project closeout.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Must live in Texas (East Texas preferred).
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
