Marketing Designer

Position: Marketing Designer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $75/hr on W2

Note:

·         REMOTE role

·         Work schedule: 30 hours/ week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to a Creative Director on our internal design team, a contract Designer is responsible for bringing the brand to life across various marketing assets by utilizing the Client brand design system, including brand guidelines, style guides, and templates, to deliver high-quality design for digital campaigns, collateral, email marketing, event signage, swag, and more.

Must-Have Requirements:

·         Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related AI tools

·         Experience in digital campaign design, email marketing, and collateral production

·         Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

·         Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

·         Deliver impactful creative marketing assets independently in a fast-paced environment

·         Partner with project managers and creative leads to interpret briefs and propose design solutions

·         Present creative work and explain design logic to stakeholders clearly and concisely

·         Maintain strong collaboration across creative and marketing teams

·         Identify and communicate project risks, timelines, and status updates proactively

·         Stay current with industry trends and design best practices

·         Manage workflow efficiently to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

·         3 years of experience in graphic or visual design roles

·         Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency and creative problem-solving

·         Experience with tools such as Figma, Slack, Asana, and other collaboration platforms

Additional Qualifications:

·         Ability to adapt design concepts across multiple channels and formats

·         Excellent time management and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments

·         Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design
