** JOB LOCATION: Onsite at 17200 Laguna Canyon Road Irvine CA 92618
** JOB DURATION: Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $45.00/hr. – $51.00/hr.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Supplier Quality Analyst ensures that suppliers supporting medical device manufacturing consistently meet quality, regulatory, and risk requirements.
This role focuses on supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage supplier qualification, monitoring, and re-evaluation activities
- Ensure compliance with purchasing controls under 21 CFR 820.50
- Track supplier performance using KPIs:
- Defect rates
- CAPA trends
- Supplier risk levels
- Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier records
- Issue, track, and evaluate Supplier Change Requests
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve supplier quality risks
- Support supplier corrective actions and improvement plans
- Review supplier or internal changes impacting:
- Materials
- Processes
- Manufacturing locations
- Partner with Engineering and Regulatory Affairs for validation and compliance assessments
- Support management reviews and quality reporting
- Maintain documentation within eQMS systems
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Supplier Quality
- Quality Assurance
- Manufacturing (regulated industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of:
- FDA QSR (21 CFR 820)
- ISO 13485
- Supplier quality controls
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
