Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Pharmacy)

Overview:

Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world’s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Pharmacy).

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177

Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2.
• The role is mostly remote; candidate will have to come to the office between two or three times a year.
• Candidate should be available to work an 8-hour shift between Mon - Fri from 7:00am – 9:00pm CT and Saturdays from 8:00am – 6:30pm.

Description:

• As a customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with pharmacy claims.
• You will provide exceptional customer service via phone, and email.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to a Rx claim.
• Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system.
• Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues.

Qualifications:

• Call Center experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Skill Matrix preferred but not must have: Filing, Photocopying.
