Now Hiring: Pharmacy Assistant – Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 9 AM–6 PM rotating Saturdays
Location: 13501 Park Vista Blvd, Suite 150, Fort Worth, TX 76177
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support daily fulfillment operations at a specialty pharmacy distribution center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and wants a role with long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare medications and supplies for shipment
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review shipping manifests and verify delivery details
- Coordinate information inserts for patients
- Reconcile packing slips and carrier invoices
- Restock medications and supplies
- Maintain a clean, orderly packing and storage environment
- Secure pharmacy areas at end of day
- Lift/move boxes up to ~25 lbs
- Support various operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work on your feet most of the day
- Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts
Preferred:
- 1 year experience in mail-service or specialty pharmacy
- Inventory management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Continuous improvement mindset
Salary : $18 - $19
