Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 4-6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr on W2

Note:

• ONSITE role
• Schedule: Mon-Fri - 9am to 6pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule (occasionally T-S when they have to work the Saturday rotation)
• Required skills: shipping, packing, dock work experience required.
• Perks to this assignment: monthly lunches/breakfast provided, birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations, Holidays off.

Job Description:

The Pharmacy Assistant will assist with packaging and shipping of the drugs, supplies, and patient information according to company policies, procedures, and state board of pharmacy regulations

• HS diploma required
• Fundamental knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work as a team and collaborate accordingly
• Willing to work morning and/or afternoon shift required
• Flexible multi-task-oriented worker
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work on your feet for 95% of the day

Preferred

• One-year experience in mail service or specialty pharmacy dispensing preferred
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience with Fedex/ UPS ship managers
• Experience with Dock work/ receiving trucks
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Innovative and continuous improvement mindset
