Now Hiring: Pharmacy Assistant – Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Schedule: 9 AM–6 PM rotating Saturdays

Location: 13501 Park Vista Blvd, Suite 150, Fort Worth, TX 76177

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support daily fulfillment operations at a specialty pharmacy distribution center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and wants a role with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare medications and supplies for shipment
• Follow detailed checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review shipping manifests and verify delivery details
• Coordinate information inserts for patients
• Reconcile packing slips and carrier invoices
• Restock medications and supplies
• Maintain a clean, orderly packing and storage environment
• Secure pharmacy areas at end of day
• Lift/move boxes up to ~25 lbs
• Support various operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work on your feet most of the day
• Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts

Preferred:

• 1 year experience in mail-service or specialty pharmacy
• Inventory management experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Continuous improvement mindset
