Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Ameristar Screen & Glass.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred but not required.
