What are the responsibilities and job description for the Thermopac Sanitation Manager position at AMERIQUAL?
This position is responsible for the oversight of the Sanitation department on 3rd shift to ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations in order to guarantee the highest quality of product for our customers. Must be available to work 3rd shift hours.
- Ensure that all personnel, equipment, materials, and areas of operation conform to all sanitation regulations. Also ensures all employees who engage in sanitation activities have been fully trained on and adhere to chemical safety and other safety requirements, GMPs and company policies
- Create, update, and enforce Sanitation SOP's, enforce GMP's and ensure all federal and state regulations are met. Verify compliance by the sanitation crew, review and maintain proper documentation.
- Organize job tasks to achieve the most efficient use of available personnel and resources.
- Maintain close supervision of both personnel and operations through physical presence on the plant floor.
