These positions are responsible for ensuring proper ingredient identification and usage and the proper handling, transport, and weighing of ingredients. Must be available to work 12 hour shift. Day and night shift open. 4a-4p or 4p-4a.
Duties and responsibilities
- Obtain proper ingredients by verifying item and lot numbers specific to the product
- Weigh ingredients while following written procedures and using proper Good Manufacturing Practices
- Document all lot numbers and any lot number changes
- Use different machinery to aid in weighing ingredients, including Hydroflakers, Murzan Pumps, and Grinders
- Manage time to ensure continuous production
- Other duties as assigned
