The position will plan and schedule duties for the maintenance department.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Facilitate and communicate planned maintenance activities with Maintenance Managers/Engineers.
· Manage the operation, maintenance, and efficiency of the computerized maintenance management system for the purpose of tracking equipment history, labor & material spending, and all maintenance activities related to the facility and production equipment.
· Schedule maintenance and repair work when most convenient to operations and maintenance.
· Ensure that required work is planned, scheduled, and performed efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Manage outages, long term maintenance planning for future outages, and corrective maintenance.
· Coordinate with contractors to plan and schedule repair work as necessary.
· Provides technical assistance and/or resources to address maintenance issues as required.
· Develop equipment lists and design criteria codes
· Complete timely follow-up of planned maintenance activities.
