Operations Specialist

Massaro Private Wealth Management is a mature financial planning practice of Ameriprise Financial that prides itself on providing clients with a high level of service and attention to detail. Our practice has an immediate opening for an eager to learn, hard-working Operations Specialist to fill a role working with a great team of professionals, located in Williamsville, NY. This person will be responsible to create client financial plans along with assisting the advisor in investment portfolio management, which is an integral part of our practice. This position will be trained.

Responsibilities:

• Review models related to investment products
• Conduct money movements
• Gather necessary data from meetings to conduct planning
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive financial plans for clients
• Work in tandem with lead advisor to generate financial plan proposals
• Manage plan excel spreadsheet of upcoming plans to be completed & track plan service agreements
• Submit and fund current and new plan agreements

Key Candidate Attributes:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to customize financial plans with state of the art systems
• Quick learner with professional demeanor, dress and positive attitude
• Aptitude for strong organization, effective multitasking, and time management
• Minimum of Associates degree in Business Admin. or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Efficient problem solving, mathematical and reading comprehension skills
• Ambition to learn more about our financial planning process
